Rental agreement

At the time of booking, you will need to complete and confirm the rental agreement which will be sent to you by email.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $500 is required one (1) day prior to your arrival. This will be refunded two (2) days after your departure, provided the premises are left in a satisfactory condition.

Payment methods

Payments can be made by cash, Interac e-Transfer or credit card.

Booking confirmation

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for any cancellation made more than 60 days before the arrival date. A 50% refund will be given for any cancellation made 60 days or less before the arrival date. No refund will be given for any cancellation made 30 days or less before the arrival date.

Reservation modification

Any changes to your stay are subject to the current cancellation policy. The rental agreement is non-transferable.
