Regulations

At the time of booking, you must complete the rental agreement in the form of an email.

Deposit

A security deposit of $500 will be required one (1) day prior to your arrival and will be returned to you three (3) days after your departure.

Payment

CASH, INTERAC E-TRANSFER and CREDIT CARD

You must pay 50% of the total amount to confirm your reservation.

The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.

Full payment is required for any booking made less than 30 days before the date of stay.

Cancelation

A full refund, less transaction fees, will be given for any cancellation made more than 60 days before the stay.

A 50% refund, less transaction fees, will be given for any cancellation made 60 days or less before the stay.

No refund will be given for any cancellation made 30 days or less before the stay.

Modification

Changes to your stay are subject to the cancellation policy. The rental agreement is non-transferable.
